Flying, haste
Whenever Rankle deals combat damage to a player, choose any number —
• Each player discards a card.
• Each player loses 1 life and draws a card.
• Each player sacrifices a creature of their choice.

Draw cards equal to the power of target creature you control.

You may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. That creature gains haste. Sacrifice that creature at the beginning of the next end step.
Splice onto Arcane (As you cast an Arcane spell, you may reveal this card from your hand and pay its splice cost. If you do, add this card's effects to that spell.)

Burning Fields deals 5 damage to target opponent or planeswalker.

+1: You may discard a card. If you do, draw a card.
+1: Add two mana in any combination of colors. Spend this mana only to cast Dragon spells.
−7: Create four 5/5 red Dragon creature tokens with flying.

Return target creature an opponent controls to its owner's hand. If the gift was promised, instead return target nonland permanent an opponent controls to its owner's hand.

, : Draw two cards, then discard a card. Create a 1/1 colorless Pilot creature token with "This token crews Vehicles as though its power were 2 greater."
Crew 8 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 8 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)

Vigilance
Whenever this creature attacks, you may return target creature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Landfall — Whenever a land you control enters, create a Food token or a Treasure token. (Food is an artifact with ", , Sacrifice this token: You gain 3 life." Treasure is an artifact with ", Sacrifice this token: Add one mana of any color.")

Destroy all nonbasic lands. For each land destroyed this way, its controller may search their library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles.

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create an X/X blue Shark creature token with flying, where X is that spell's mana value.
