All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We accept PromptPay and credit/debit cards via our secure payment partner.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, any discounts applied through membership points or promotional codes will be void and revoked. We reserve the right to determine the refund amount at our discretion.
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change based on publisher and distributor schedules. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We ship within Thailand only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by courier and destination. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as shown at checkout.
We accept returns for items that are damaged or defective on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition, except where required by Thai consumer protection law.
Once an order has been shipped, no refund requests will be accepted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warp Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we will publish a new version and notify registered customers. Continued use of our services after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
