Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value 3 or greater, roll a d20.
1-9 | Each player draws a card.
10-19 | You draw a card.
20 | Copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Nicol Bolas has all loyalty abilities of all other planeswalkers on the battlefield.
+1: You draw a card. Each opponent exiles a card from their hand or a permanent they control.
−3: Destroy target creature or planeswalker.
−8: Each opponent who doesn't control a legendary creature or planeswalker loses the game.

, Sacrifice a Cleric: Target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is black, this creature and other Vampire creatures you control get +2/+1 and have flying.

Suspend 3— (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
, Sacrifice this artifact: Add three mana of any one color.

Whenever this creature attacks, you may mill three cards.
When this creature dies, return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.

, Sacrifice two other creatures: Any number of target players each lose 2 life and sacrifice a creature of their choice. You add and draw a card. (Activate only as an instant.)

Flying
Whenever another Angel or Cleric you control enters, you gain life equal to that creature's toughness.
As long as you have at least 7 life more than your starting life total, creatures you control get +2/+2.

(: Add .)

Dead deals 2 damage to target creature.

Counter target spell, activated ability, or triggered ability. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

Menace
Whenever another creature you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.
When this creature dies, each opponent gets a number of rad counters equal to its power.

When The Eighth Doctor enters, mill three cards.
Once during each of your turns, you may play a historic land or cast a historic permanent spell from your graveyard. If you do, it gains "If this permanent would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else."

(: Add or .)
This land enters tapped unless you control two or more basic lands.

Flying
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have the city's blessing, reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand. Each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is that card's mana value.

Target permanent you control gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. You gain 2 life. (A permanent with hexproof and indestructible can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control. Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Whenever an ability of equipped creature is activated, if it isn't a mana ability, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.
